We count ABS Autoherstel as one at the top of the demage car repair sector!
Luuk van Halder, COO at Alphabet

ING Car Lease is fused with Alphabet, lease version of BMW Group and will consolidate her position in Europe.
A particularly strong partner, financial very solid and decisively. BMW has great plans for the future for mobility in Europe. Priority is that they are and will keep being an universal lease company. Alphabet is active in 15 countries and will manage over more than a half million lease contracts. The ambition is to get a number two position in Europe. The old organization ING plays a significant part of the game. That counts for the Dutch way of claims handling as well. The processes of operational lease are very refined in the Netherlands that you see nowhere. The damage branch/sector is partly responsible for this situation, because the way of working in the Netherlands is very professional. In the new situation Alphabet will be uses as knowledge center: in some areas they will even be the example for the rest of the company.
This is also good news for the Dutch damage partners. It certainly provides opportunities in Europe. The lease and insurance companies in the countries around us can make progress/be improved. The directed damage flow, as developed in the Netherlands is not known abroad. Logistic and the intensive collaboration between Alphabet and the carrepair sector will be essential in this game.
The future looks bright for Alphabet and her partners. It is the ambition of Alphabet to stay ahead. We will achieve this by providing our customers with the best service they possibly can get. And therefore we need the best partners we can get.
In the near future car repair will be more and more complex, which is already obvious for some trades. And this will extend even more.
The top of the damage repair sector, including ABS, will invest in education to get the knowledge to stay ahead technically.
