Allianz has high demands on their partners. Together we are able to manage the increasing damage flows. Our priority is to increase the control/steering to our business partners.
We have established a qualitative high standing network. ABS is a large and important part of this network. It is of immense importance that we can rely on our partners. This is of concern for customer handling but also for technologies. The impact for Allianz and our policyholders is huge. We cannot afford any mistakes ABS neighter.
Technically it will be more difficult to repair huge damages to all new cars according to fabric specifications. Especially by strong directed policies will the technically reparability of cars become an important issue. Allianz offers her customers in that case no choice for a body shop, because we take full responsibility for the quality of repair. Therefor we have to rely on the technical knowhow of our network.
ABS and Allianz can reinforce each other by improving the service for the customer. Together we can make a difference. In the end it is all about the service we offer our customers jointly. Technically, state of the art repair are real investments which we have to recover.
Tight steering processes are completely new to Allianz Topherstel. The concept of low priced products are available for intermediary and insurers. In the future these policies request custom made extension.
When we offer in the future in a budget policy the consequence will be a different kind of service treatment for the customer. Together with ABS we take a better look on custom made products for various target groups.
